We arrived in Estes Park on Sunday 10/4. We drove out Saturday from Milwaukee and arrived on Sunday at our cabin. This was our first long distance trip with the Tesla.

Our first day in the park was Monday 10/5. We drove to sights along Old Fall River Road. We visited the Alpine Visitor Center and hiked from the Chapin Creek trail head. We came back down Trail Ridge Road and stopped at various sights. We hiked around Sprague Lake.
Our third day in the park was Wednesday 10/7. We traveled to the west side of the park visiting sites along the Colorado River and Grand Lake.
Our fourth day in the park was Thursday 10/8. We did series of hikes from the Glacier Gorge Trailhead. These trails reach a series of lakes (Mills, Jewel and The Loch) formed by water flowing from the mountain peaks above.
We left for home on Friday 10/9. We planned on a two day trip so we traveled through Wyoming and northwestern Nebraska to visit Scott's Bluff, Chimney Rock and the Pony Express Museum. We arrived home late afternoon on Saturday.
